Discover our commission scale engaged V&GA adapting to your energy performance certificate / passport | CPE l Energiepass.

The energy performance certificate is a document specifying the energy performance of residential buildings.

Thanks to this clear and concise document, future buyers and tenants are able to assess and compare different goods offered on the market in terms of energy consumption.

For residential buildings, three classes appear on the energy passport:

the energy performance class
thermal insulation class
the environmental performance class

It is on the environmental performance class that we have decided to base our commission scale.

A way for our agency to rewarding homes that respect the environment , encourage the maintenance and renovation of buildings and actively contribute to the preservation of the planet.

This table specifies the agency commission rate applied in harmony with the environmental performance class of the property.

Concretely, you entrust us with:

AN EXCLUSIVE MANDATE

WITH FEES AT THE CHARGE OF THE SELLER

You sell / rent a new property, recent or having undergone transformations in connection with the improvement of its energy performance giving it an excellent, very good energy performance, we are committed to providing you with a reduced commission rate.

WITH FEES TO BE CHARGED BY THE PURCHASER / TENANT OR WITH SHARED COMMISSION

The tenant or buyer who positions himself on a property with excellent or very good energy performance, will automatically benefit from our fees at a reduced rate.

More generally,
the V&GA commission scale is as follows:

Sale

The fees amount according to the table above within the framework of an exclusive mandate + VAT 17% for any transaction.

Rental of accommodation

The agency fees for the rental amount to one month's rent + 17% VAT. They are the responsibility of the tenant unless otherwise specified in the announcement.

Rental management

The costs for rental management amount to 2% + VAT 17% of the annual rent.

State of play

The agency fees for the inventory are 100 euros + 17% VAT. They are the responsibility of the party who commissioned the agency.
The inventory is not invoiced if a mandate for the rental has been signed.

Estimation

The estimate is offered if the customer signs an exclusive sales mandate. If the customer uses the services of the agency only to have the property valued, the costs for an estimate of a property amount to 10 euros including tax / m2 of living space or cadastral area.
